This read-write RowStatus manages the lifecycle of the Dynamic VLAN configuration entry, following standard row installation and removal conventions. An admin sets this to activate or remove the dynamic VLAN tag configuration. For example, setting vlanDynamicVlanStatus to createAndGo activates the VLAN tag configured via vlanDynamicVlanTag for dynamic assignment.
