What is vlanAsymmetricEnabled?
This read-write TruthValue enables or disables Asymmetric VLAN operation on the device, a mode where VLAN membership rules can differ between ingress and egress. An admin enables this when a network design requires ports to receive traffic from VLANs they aren't full symmetric members of, such as shared-services scenarios. For example, enabling vlanAsymmetricEnabled lets a shared server port receive traffic from multiple VLANs it doesn't symmetrically belong to for outbound traffic.
