What is rldot1qVlanStaticList1to1024?
This read-write VlanList1 lists which VLANs in the 1-1024 range have been statically created on the switch. An admin reads or edits it to see or manage the lower-range VLANs that exist as static (or type-tagged) entries on the device, as opposed to those learned dynamically. For example, VLANs 10, 20, and 30 appearing in this list confirms those three VLANs are provisioned on the switch within the 1-1024 band.
