What is rndMonitoredElementLabel?
This read-write DisplayString (1 to 20 characters) is a human-friendly name the network manager assigns to a monitored element, used elsewhere in the table to reference that element instead of its raw address. An admin sets a memorable label so that other entries (via rndMonitoredElement) can point back to this device by name rather than repeating IP details. For example, labeling an element "CoreSwitch1" lets subsequent monitored-object entries reference "CoreSwitch1" instead of its IP address.
