What is rlIgmpSnoopVlanRouterLearn?
This read-write TruthValue controls whether the switch dynamically learns which ports lead to multicast routers within a given VLAN, based on observed PIM or IGMP query traffic. An administrator disables this when router ports should instead be statically configured, and enables it to let the switch auto-discover multicast routers. For example, disabling rlIgmpSnoopVlanRouterLearn on a VLAN with a manually configured router port avoids the switch mistakenly learning a different port as the router uplink.
