What is rlIgmpMldSnoopVlanOperStartupQueryCount?

This read-only value reports how many startup General Queries the switch's querier actually sends, spaced by the startup query interval, when it first becomes active on this VLAN. An administrator checks this to know how many query rounds occur before the querier settles into its steady-state query interval. For example, seeing rlIgmpMldSnoopVlanOperStartupQueryCount report a higher count explains why the switch takes several extra query rounds to fully populate membership state right after a querier restart.
