What is rlIgmpMldSnoopVlanOperQueryMaxResponseTime?

This read-only value reports the maximum response time, in milliseconds, that the switch currently advertises in its IGMP/MLD queries on this VLAN, giving hosts a window in which to answer before being considered non-responsive. An administrator checks this to understand how much jitter is allowed in host responses, which affects both accuracy and burstiness of report traffic. For example, a smaller rlIgmpMldSnoopVlanOperQueryMaxResponseTime forces hosts to respond to queries more promptly, at the cost of more concentrated report traffic bursts.
