What is rlBrgStaticInetMulticastForbiddenPorts?

This read-write bitmask is the dual-stack counterpart of rlBrgStaticIpMulticastForbiddenPorts, defining ports that must never receive a specific IPv4 or IPv6 multicast group's traffic regardless of dynamic learning. An administrator uses this to block an IPv6, or IPv4, multicast stream from certain ports for policy reasons even if a device there sends an MLD or IGMP join. For example, adding a lab-network port to rlBrgStaticInetMulticastForbiddenPorts for a corporate IPv6 multicast group prevents that traffic from ever reaching the lab segment.
