What is rlInet2EngineIdEngineId?

This read-create SnmpEngineID statically maps a known remote SNMPv3 engine identifier to a specific address, letting the device skip engine discovery when contacting that host. Admins care because SNMPv3 requires knowing a remote engine's ID before secure communication, such as sending an INFORM notification, can begin. For example, an admin manually maps a known remote NMS's engine ID to its IP address so the switch can send SNMPv3 INFORMs to it without a prior discovery handshake.
