Description: The desired polling interval for this poller. If the device has determined that the poller has not polled the device for 3 times this polling interval it may destroy all the data related to this poller in the rlevents database

What is rlEventsPollingControlPollingInterval?

This read-create TimeTicks(1..65535) lets a poller declare its own expected polling cadence, and per the description, the device may destroy all of that poller's data if it hasn't polled for three times this interval. Admins care because it gives more precise, poller-specific control over stale-data cleanup than relying on the device-wide default interval. For example, a script polling every 60 seconds sets this to 60, so the agent only purges its event data if more than 180 seconds pass without a poll.
