What is rlEventsDefaultPollingInterval?

This read-write TimeTicks(1..65535) sets a fallback polling interval the agent uses to judge when a poller's event entries should be considered stale, used only when that poller hasn't configured its own interval in rlEventsPollingControlTable. Admins care because it prevents an abandoned monitoring script from leaving permanent event registrations behind on the device. For example, if a monitoring script crashes and never returns, the device relies on this default interval to eventually clean up that poller's orphaned rows in rlEventsTable.
