What is rlQosValueQueue8?
This read-create integer is queue 8's value field, read-only under EF mode or the WRR weight when queue 8 operates in WRR mode. Because queue 8 is frequently the top-priority queue, this weight, when in WRR mode, determines how much extra bandwidth it's guaranteed relative to lower queues. For example, an admin might set this value to 50 for queue 8 in WRR mode to heavily favor it over queues weighted at 10 or 20.
