What is rlQosValueQueue7?
This read-create integer is queue 7's value field: informational under EF, or the WRR weight controlling its bandwidth share under WRR. Tuning this weight lets an admin ensure queue 7 gets neither starved nor overprivileged relative to the other seven queues during congestion. For example, setting this value to 20 for queue 7 would give SIP signaling traffic a healthier bandwidth allocation than a lower-weighted best-effort queue.
