What is rlQosTypeQueue1?
This read-create QueueType field selects whether hardware queue 1 operates as an Expedited Forwarding (EF) strict-priority queue or a Weighted Round Robin (WRR) queue. This choice determines the scheduling behavior for whatever traffic lands in queue 1, either always-first EF service or weighted, fairness-based WRR service alongside other WRR queues.
