What is rlQosPolicyMapStatus?
This read-create RowStatus object governs creation, activation, and deletion of Policy Map rows. An admin uses this to activate a newly named policy map before attaching class-map references to it, or to remove a policy map that is no longer applied to any interface. For example, after naming a new policy map, the admin sets this object to createAndGo so class-map references and eventual interface attachment can proceed.
