What is rlQosOutQueueStatisticsDP?
This read-write field specifies which drop precedence value this outbound-queue-statistics entry is scoped to count traffic for. It lets an admin separate statistics by how disposable the traffic was marked, distinguishing high-drop-precedence traffic from low. For example, an admin wanting to see how much high-drop-precedence traffic is actually being tail-dropped would scope an entry to that specific DP value.
