Since profiles determine how QoS policies apply per interface, an admin relies on this status to add a new profile assignment or remove one that's no longer needed without touching unrelated entries. For instance, setting this object to destroy on a profile entry for a given port removes that interface's QoS profile binding while leaving other interfaces' profiles intact.
