This read-create RowStatus object governs creation, activation, and deletion of the interface-to-policy-map association row. An admin uses this to activate the attachment of a policy map to a specific interface, or to remove that attachment when the policy no longer applies to that port. For example, after setting the input and output policy map pointers for an interface, the admin sets this status object to createAndGo to make the policy attachment active.
