What is rlQosIfPolicyMapPointerIn?

This read-create INTEGER, set per interface, points to the Policy Map that should be applied to ingress, or incoming, traffic on that interface. An admin attaches a previously built policy map to an interface's inbound direction using this pointer, activating all the class-based classification and treatment rules for traffic entering that port. For example, an admin wanting the 'UPLINK-QOS' policy to govern traffic coming into a WAN-facing port would set this field, on that interface's row, to the UPLINK-QOS policy map's index.
