What is rlQosIfIpv6AclOut?

This read-create INTEGER, set per interface, holds the index of the IPv6-specific ACL applied to that interface's egress traffic, with 0 meaning none applied. An admin uses this to filter outgoing IPv6 traffic on a specific port, independent of whatever IPv4 egress ACL might also be configured there. For example, an admin preventing IPv6 traffic destined for a restricted external range from leaving a particular port would set this field to the index of an IPv6 ACL that denies that destination range.
