What is rlQosFreeIndexesValue?
This read-only integer returns the next available (free) index in whichever table was identified, with 0 meaning no free entries remain. For example, a management tool provisioning a new ACL would first read this value to confirm a free ACL-table slot exists before attempting to add one.
