What is rlQosDp?

This read-create integer (0-2) sets the new drop precedence (DP) value applied to matching traffic by a QoS action. Drop precedence indicates how eligible a packet is to be dropped under congestion, so this field lets an admin mark traffic as more or less disposable during shaping or WRED. For example, setting this to 2, the highest drop eligibility, for a bulk-download class would make that traffic the first to be dropped when a queue starts to fill.
