What is rlQosCosQueueId?

This read-create integer (1-8) identifies which hardware egress queue a given CoS (802.1p priority) value maps to. This lets an admin decide, for a specific CoS level, exactly which of the switch's eight queues carries that traffic, directly shaping scheduling priority. For example, mapping CoS 5 (voice) to queue ID 8 ensures voice-tagged frames land in the highest-priority hardware queue.
