What is rlQosCliQosMode?

This read-write object, now marked deprecated in favor of rlQosGlobalCfgEntry, used to select which overall QoS mode the switch operates in: basic, advanced, or none. An admin reading this on an older configuration would use it to understand whether the device was running simple port-based QoS, full policy-map and class-map based QoS, or QoS disabled entirely, though new configuration should be done through the replacement object instead. For example, on a switch still configured in basic mode via this legacy object, an admin migrating to policy maps and class maps would need to first check and account for this setting before configuring the newer rlQosGlobalCfgEntry-based QoS.
