What is rlQosCliBasicModeCfg?

This read-write object, deprecated in favor of rlQosGlobalCfgEntry, used to set which trust mode the switch's basic-mode QoS relies on to classify incoming traffic: 802.1p, DSCP, DSCP-Mutation, TCP/UDP ports, none, or vpt-dscp. An admin auditing legacy QoS configuration would check this to understand whether the switch was trusting incoming CoS or DSCP values from upstream devices before those devices' priority markings get honored. For example, if this legacy object was set to trust 802.1p, all traffic arriving with an 802.1p priority tag would have that tag honored for basic-mode QoS treatment, until the configuration is migrated to the replacement object.
