This read-create RowStatus object governs creation, activation, and deletion of Class Map rows. An admin uses this to commit a newly defined class map, with its name, type, matches, and action, into active service, or to remove one that is no longer referenced by any policy map. For example, after configuring a class map's name, matching ACLs, and mark action, the admin sets this object to createAndGo to activate it for use in policy maps.
