What is rlQosClassMapNewVlan?

This read-create INTEGER, ranging 0 to 4095, specifies the new VLAN id that classified traffic will be remarked with when rlQosClassMapMarkVlan is not set to noMark. An admin fills this in as the actual target VLAN number once they have decided to remark or nest-tag a class of traffic. For example, an admin isolating guest traffic into VLAN 99 would set this field to 99 so all traffic matched by the class map gets tagged into that VLAN.
