This read-create INTEGER is the second of up to three ACL-pointer slots a class map can reference, allowing a second ACL's criteria to also select traffic for this class. An admin uses this when one ACL alone cannot capture all the traffic that belongs in a given class, layering a second ACL's matches into the same class map. For example, a 'VOICE' class map might use this second slot to also match a separate ACL covering a secondary voice-signaling port range not covered by the first ACL.
