What is rlQosAggregatePolicerStatisticsStatus?
This read-write RowStatus is used to delete an entry from the aggregate-policer statistics table. It gives an admin a way to remove statistics tracking tied to an aggregate policer that's been retired, without disturbing other aggregate policers. For example, after consolidating several VLANs under a new aggregate policer, the admin would destroy the statistics entry for the old, now-unused aggregate policer.
