This read-only field reports the bit-width of the out-of-profile counter for an aggregate policer's statistics. As with other counter-size fields, this lets a monitoring system correctly handle wraparound for the pooled out-of-profile counter. For example, an admin building a long-term utilization report would use this field to validate whether the aggregate out-of-profile counter is wide enough to avoid frequent wraps.
