What is rlQosAclStatus?
This read-create RowStatus object governs creation, activation, and deletion of ACL rows. An admin provisioning a new ACL via SNMP uses this to bring the ACL row into active use once its name and type are set, or to remove an ACL that is being retired. For example, after naming and typing a new ACL, the admin sets this object to createAndGo to activate the ACL so ACEs can then be associated with it.
