What is rlQosAceAccount?

This read-create object toggles per-ACE traffic accounting; when enabled, the device maintains a statistics counter tracking how much traffic has matched this specific ACE. An admin enables this on rules they want to actively measure, such as confirming a security deny rule is actually catching traffic, without needing to enable accounting on every ACE and incur unnecessary counter overhead. For example, after adding a new deny rule for a suspected attack source, the admin enables accounting on that ACE so they can later check the counter and confirm whether the rule has actually blocked any matching packets.
