Description: This paramer is used at non diffserv mode to attached the drop precedence for packet InProfile (metering), only if there is a support for drop precedence and with what level.

What is rlPolicyActionNonDsInProfileDropPrecedence?

This read-write enum (low, medium, high, drop) sets the drop-precedence level applied to packets metered as "in profile" (conforming) when the device is not running in Diffserv mode and drop-precedence support exists. It lets an admin decide how gently or harshly conforming traffic is treated during congestion even outside full DiffServ. For example, setting this to low on a VoIP rule keeps in-profile voice packets largely protected from being dropped when a queue fills up.
