Description: This table defines the Actions for packets that pass the meter table ie. the characteristics that are assigned to packets before they reach the scheduler. When Diffserv is not in effect(ie. IPX, bridging, or IP when the global option for Diffserv is off), certain table parameters are not available(see below). The DiffServ option is enabled or disabled by setting rlDiffservModeEnabled.
