What is rlSLARowStatus?

This RowStatus object manages the creation, modification, and deletion of an IP SLA operation entry, and per its description, setting it to destroy renders the entry inoperative with row removal left to the implementation. Admins use this to add new SLA monitoring entries or tear down ones no longer needed. For example, setting this to createAndGo after configuring a destination address and frequency would activate a brand-new SLA monitoring entry.
