This FcNameId, accessible only via notification, represents the World Wide Name of the local switch itself and is included specifically in the zoneActivateNotify notification. It gives an admin receiving a zone-activation trap an unambiguous identifier of which physical switch performed the activation. For example, in a multi-switch fabric, this object in the trap payload tells the admin exactly which switch's zone set activation just occurred.
