This read-create RowStatus object controls creation and deletion of a zone set table row, and cannot be set to 'active' unless the zone set's zoneSetName is unique within the VSAN. Admins use it as the standard mechanism to provision or remove zone set entries. For example, an admin finishing configuration of a new zone set's name and zone list would set this RowStatus to 'active' to bring the entry into effect, provided the name doesn't collide with an existing one.
