This read-create RowStatus object controls creation and deletion of a zone table row, and cannot be set to 'active' unless the zone's zoneName is unique within the VSAN. Admins use it as the standard mechanism to provision or remove zone entries. For example, an admin finishing configuration of a new zone's name and settings would set this RowStatus to 'active', provided the name doesn't collide with an existing zone.
