Description: This object specifies if the zone server should issue a zoneMergeSuccessNotify notification.
If the value of this object is 'true', then the notification is issued.
If the value of this object is 'false', then the notification is not issued.
What is zoneMergeSuccessNotifyEnable?
This read-write TruthValue controls whether the Zone Server issues a zoneMergeSuccessNotify trap; 'true' enables the notification and 'false' suppresses it. Admins toggle this so their SNMP trap receiver is only flooded with merge-success events if they actually want that level of detail. For example, a SAN admin who only cares about merge failures sets this object to false to stop routine successful merges from generating traps.
