This read-only TruthValue indicates whether this is a QoS-enabled zone, copied from the zoneQos object in the zoneTable at the time the currently active zone set was activated. Admins use it to confirm whether QoS enforcement is actually in effect for this zone right now, as opposed to what the live zone configuration might currently say. For example, an admin who recently disabled QoS on a zone's live configuration would check this enforced object to see whether that change has actually taken effect yet.
