This read-create RowStatus object controls creation and deletion of a zone alias table row, and cannot be set to 'active' unless the alias's zoneAliasName is unique within the VSAN. Admins use it as the standard mechanism to provision or remove alias entries. For example, an admin finishing configuration of a new alias's name would set this RowStatus to 'active', provided the name doesn't collide with an existing alias.
