What is p2mpTlRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus object is used to create or delete a row in the timeline control table, and per the desc, once a row is created, actual data sampling begins based on the value of p2mpTlAction. It's the mechanism an admin uses to instantiate a new timeline configuration on the device. For example, after configuring p2mpTlSamplePeriod and p2mpTlNumDataValues, an admin sets p2mpTlRowStatus to active to bring the timeline capture into existence and let it start sampling.
