This read-create object determines, once a trigger fires, whether the timeline retains mostly the data collected before the trigger event (preTrigger) or mostly the data collected after it (postTrigger). An admin chooses this based on whether they need to see what led up to a fault condition or what happened as a result of it. For example, to understand what RF conditions caused a threshold breach, an admin would set p2mpTlPostTrigBufMgmt to preTrigger(1) so the captured samples show the lead-up to the event.
