This read-create object triggers an action, such as start or clear, on a snapshot specification, and per the desc a successfully captured snapshot must be cleared through this object before another capture can be initiated. It's the control an admin uses to actually run or reset a snapshot capture cycle. For example, after reading a completed snapshot's real and imaginary part values, the admin sets p2mpSnapshotAction to clear before triggering the next capture with that same specification.
