What is p2mpEndBinValue?
This read-create object sets the lower boundary of the histogram's last bin: any sampled value greater than or equal to p2mpEndBinValue gets grouped into that final bin. It mirrors p2mpStartBinValue but for the high end of the distribution, letting an admin lump all unusually high readings together. For example, when histogramming a power measurement, setting p2mpEndBinValue appropriately ensures all abnormally strong signal spikes are captured in one top bin rather than scattered across many.
