Description: This object represents the number of seconds that the link was not available for use. It is equal to: Severely Errored Seconds + Sync Loss Seconds.
What is cwrUnAvailableSeconds?
This read-only Counter32 tallies the number of seconds the link was not available for use, calculated as Severely Errored Seconds plus Sync Loss Seconds. It gives an admin a direct measure of link downtime contributed by both severe RF errors and outright loss of synchronization. For example, a sudden jump in cwrUnAvailableSeconds during a storm would prompt an admin to check cwrSyncLossSeconds to see whether the outage was driven by sync loss rather than codeword errors.
