What is cwrTlPreSumShift?
An Integer32 (0..32), read-create, specifying how many bits the raw data is right-shifted before the decimation summation in cwrTlDecimationFactor is applied. This prevents the running sum from overflowing when many large samples are added together under a high decimation factor. For example, using a large cwrTlDecimationFactor without an adequate cwrTlPreSumShift could cause the summed values to overflow, so an admin raises the shift value to keep the sums within range.
