Time measurement starts after the first operational second.

What is cwrLink24HrSESAlarmThresh?

This read-write Unsigned32 sets the number of Codeword Severely Errored Seconds allowed within a rolling 24 operational hour period before the cwrTrapLink24HrThresh trap is generated. It's the daily-window counterpart to cwrLink1HrSESAlarmThresh, tracking severe error activity accumulated across a full operational day rather than just the past hour. For example, an admin reviewing overnight link performance would check whether cwrLink24HrSESAlarmThresh was exceeded to see if severely errored seconds accumulated to an alarming level over the full day even if no single hour crossed its own threshold.
