What is cwrLink24HrESAlarmThresh?

This read-write Unsigned32 sets the number of Codeword Error Seconds allowed within a rolling 24 operational hour period before the cwrTrapLink24HrThresh trap is generated, with the measurement window starting after the first operational second. It's the daily-window counterpart to cwrLink1HrESAlarmThresh, letting an admin catch a link whose error rate is unremarkable hour-to-hour but adds up over a full day. For example, an admin doing daily link-quality review would use cwrLink24HrESAlarmThresh to catch cumulative error activity that a single hour's alarm threshold might not flag.
