What is cwrLink24HrDCMAlarmThresh?

This read-write Unsigned32 sets the number of Degraded Codeword Minutes allowed within a rolling 24 operational hour period before the cwrTrapLink24HrThresh trap is generated. It's the daily-window counterpart to cwrLink1HrDCMAlarmThresh, catching cumulative minute-level quality degradation spread across a full day rather than concentrated in one hour. For example, a link with many scattered brief quality dips throughout the day that never trip the hourly threshold could still trip cwrLink24HrDCMAlarmThresh once the day's total degraded minutes accumulate.
